What causes an application to crash?

Most of the time, an application crashes when your phone runs out of memory. This is especially common if you have downloaded and run a lot of games or applications. Over time, little bits and pieces of those applications accumulate in the system, and eventually they clog things up and cause your phone to run slowly or applications to crash.

To fix this, do the following:

• Turn off your phone by pressing the on/off button on the top right of the device and the home button at the same time for a few seconds. You will eventually see a red slider. Drag the slider to the right to turn off your phone.

• Turn your phone on by pressing the on/off button on the top right of the device. You should see an apple logo appear after a few minutes, and the home screen shortly thereafter. Your phone is now ready for use.

Why does the WhiteHouse application crash so much?

Due to its complexity, our WhiteHouse application really stretches the limits of the device. If you follow the above procedure before you play, the application will be stable and you should be able to finish your games.

Why does HauntFinder require an iPhone instead of an iPod Touch?

One of HauntFinder's reviews comments that it does not work on an iPod Touch. This is because it needs to know your location in order to find huants near you. iPod Touch can only determine its location through connection to specific WiFi sites and as a result it is often unable to find where you are, thus the problem.

Our system requirements clearly state that an iPhone is required to use this application.
